Mexicans of African descent

Video dedicated to Mexicans with African ancestry… Mexicans who are black account for less than 1% of the country’s population, yet I was saying (or meant to say) that approximately those with African ancestry account for no more than 3% of the population because Mexico is populated mostly by mestizos.
