1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, packed in water, rinsed, drained, chopped
Coarse salt, as desired, optional (try smoked or truffle salt for an interesting flavor)
Instructions
Place plant-based cream cheese, the juice and zest of one lemon, garlic cloves, and jalapeno in a medium mixing bowl, and stir well until smooth.
Stir in the chopped artichoke hearts.
Top with coarse salt, as desired (optional).
Makes about 2 ½ cups (8 1/3-cup servings).
