ASEAN Regional Forum Senior Officials’ Meeting (ARF SOM) convenes in Vientiane

Today, Senior Officials of the ARF gathered in Vientiane to exchange views on regional and international issues of common concern. Recognising the importance of dialogue and cooperation in the maintenance of peace and stability in the region, ARF Participants underlined the need to further strengthen confidence-building measures to address emerging security threats.
