Adam Finch: Worcestershire paceman set to be fit for 2025 season after successful knee surgery
Worcestershire seamer Adam Finch is set to regain fitness in time for next season, after successful knee surgery cut his rehabilitation time down from six months to three or four.
The 24-year-old had been struggling with a double tear to a capsule in his knee and meniscus since the end of June but had initially delayed his operation until the end of the season to help the injury-hit Pears out during their Division One survival bid.
He played in their vital win over Kent in late August, taking four wickets and hitting a career-best 43 with the bat.
But it was decided to bring his surgery forward after that with the club saying Finch “should be fit for the start of next season.”
