World Curling Championships: Bruce Mouat & Rebecca Morrison rinks selected for Scotland

Bruce Mouat will lead Scotland’s title defence at the men’s World Curling Championships, while Rebecca Morrison’s rink vie for women’s glory.

Reigning champion and Olympic silver medallist Mouat plus Grant Hardie, Bobby Lammie, Hammy McMillan and alternate Kyle Waddell will compete in Switzerland from 30 March.

The tournament finishes on 7 April.

Morrison, Jen Dodds, Sophie Sinclair, Sophie Jackson and alternate Gina Aitken play in Canada from 16-24 March.

Both rinks missed out on the recent Scottish titles.

However, Mouat, appearing at a fifth Worlds, is the reigning European men’s skip champion and Morrison’s rink took European bronze in 2022.
