BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 20. 350 electric
buses will be used in Baku within the framework of the 29th session
of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on
Climate Change (COP29), Trend reports.
According to the information, significant progress has been made
in preparations for COP29, which will be held in Baku from November
11 to 22. Work on the Baku Olympic Stadium is expected to be
completed in the near future. In addition, 350 electric buses will
be provided to facilitate passenger transport, an additional 4,000
numbers will be made available through the “bnetwork” and a
temporary media centre will be set up to provide global coverage of
the event.
