7 Nourishing Soups – JSHealth

Soups are more than just an easy lunch or dinner, they’re a cornerstone of balanced living and a delicious way to support your body’s vitality – not to mention a bowl of cosy comfort. They’re deliciously packed with flavour and truly warming for those cooler months.

From nutrient-rich broths to soul-warming blends, these are seven of my most favourite, nourishing soups to add to your repertoire.

Each recipe is packed with colourful micronutrients alongside satiating protein and healthy fats to keep you energised – and to truly nurture your body from within.

1. Chicken Noodle Soup

Chicken noodle soup is one of those nostalgic meals that the whole family loves. This recipe serves three, but can be easily doubled and enjoyed throughout the week!

2. Tomato Capsicum & Basil Soup

My wonderful Mum has been making this soup as long as I can remember, it is truly delicious and feels like a hug in a bowl. The perfect starter to your meal, or enjoy as a main with some sourdough bread served on the side.

3. Cauliflower Soup with Halloumi Croutons

Meet our warming, spiced cauliflower soup – topped with delicious pan fried halloumi bites (imagine croutons but made from cheese – truly delicious).

4. 10-Minute Prawn Curry Noodles

Spice up your weekly meal roster with these delicious, Asian-inspired curry noodles! You can whip these up in a flash for hungry bellies or for a quick and nutritious lunch option.

5. JSHealth Signature Green Soup

This delicious, warming soup is a great starter. I love to make a big pot and enjoy this throughout the week. Pair with your choice of protein and some crusty bread to make this a complete meal.

6. Pumpkin & Lentil Soup

Simple to make and so rich in flavour, this soup is my go-to for a satisfying dinner to warm me from the inside out!

7. Tortellini Minestrone

We’ve combined our two favourite winter-warmers (pasta and soup) into one heavenly dish, perfect for weeknight dinners or leftover lunches.
