Jenna Coleman is back on tv with her new show from the BBC, The Jetty. No corsets or tiaras in this show as Jenna’s character Ember Manning must unravel a possible murder.
The brand new series is launching on BBC iPlayer and BBC One on July 15. The Jetty, sees the Doctor Who and Victoria star investigating a case that threatens to unravel threads of her past. After a fire tears through a property in a lakeside Lancashire town in England, Manning must work out how it connects to a podcast journalist investigating a missing persons cold case and an illicit relationship between a man in his twenties and two underage girls.
The Jetty is created and written by Cat Jones and produced by Firebird Pictures for the BBC, the four-part mystery examines sexual morality, age of consent, grooming, identity and memory.
